Roast Chicken Ingredients:
- 1/2 chicken (cut into 2 parts. Wash and squeeze the lime)
- 1 pack Of Oyster Sauce Tastes
- 300 ml of water
- 5 tablespoons cooking oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 pack Kobe Flour Kentucky SuperCrispy (75gr)
- 100 ml water
How to make Crispy Roast Chicken:
- Prepare the pot. Add the chicken, 1/2 pack of Oyster Sauce Selera and 300 ml of water.
- Boil the chicken until there is little water left (asat). Remove and drain.
- Mix well 1/2 pack Of Oyster Sauce Selera, cooking oil, soy sauce and 2 tablespoons water (for spreading).
